Signal loss occurs when important website tracking events are not properly recorded or reported, leading to unreliable attribution and volatile ad performance. Here are some signs that you may be experiencing signal loss:
- If your CBO campaigns, or ABO ad sets, remain in the learning phase after generating 50 purchases within a week, this could indicate a signal loss problem
- If there is a discrepancy of more than 30% between the number of attributed purchases reported in your Meta Ads Manager and your actual sales data, you may have a signal loss problem
- If your ad performance is unstable and your ROAS (return on ad spend) or cost per purchase fluctuates by more than 50% during the week, this is a strong indicator of a serious signal loss problem
Maximizex currently tracks and syncs all your website traffic and user data with Meta through CAPI. However, we’re currently finalizing integrations with Google Ads and Google GA4 Event Tracking. We plan to integrate with other popular advertising channels such as TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Klaviyo. Rest assured that we’re constantly working to expand our integration capabilities to help you get the most out of your advertising campaigns.
At the moment, Maximizex integrates seamlessly with Shopify brands. However, we are currently working to integrate with other eCommerce platforms like ClickFunnels and WooCommerce, with plans to add support for Magento, BigCommerce, Squarespace, and Wix in the near future. Due to Meta’s internal policies, any browser data Apple identifies as an opted-out user, or when Meta matches server-side data as an opted-out user, the data is removed/deleted. This happens when data originates from an iOS Device and is sent to any Meta property, Meta Pixel, or the Shopify-CAPI connection that Meta maintains. Meta estimates that 80% of iOS users opt out of Facebook tracking.
With Maximizex, you track all activity independently from Meta and send compliant 1st-party data brokered by your terms of service and privacy policy, not Meta’s. Because Meta will not have visibility on any browser-tracked activity, and Maximizex is the only source of truth for your Pixel, your data will not suffer any data loss.
Maximizex also provides additional features, such as server-side tracking and enhanced attribution capabilities, which are unavailable with the Shopify-CAPI connection. Maximizex solves also signal loss issues that occur with the Shopify-CAPI connection. Furthermore, Maximizex offers a layer of redundancy by syncing your server-side events with Meta, ensuring that no tracking events are lost in the process.
All data that Maximizex syncs with your Meta pixel, as standard and custom events, can be seen and utilized through Facebook Events Manager, Ads Manager, and Audiences Manager tools. These server-side events will appear independently from browser-side events sent to Facebook’s pixel.
Maximizex is designed to simplify the installation process of a CAPI connection on your Shopify site, making it easy for businesses without significant technical expertise to set up. Unlike CAPI Gateway, Maximizex automatically updates and maintains your secure connection as CAPI evolves over time, freeing you up to focus on growing your business instead of worrying about technical maintenance. Additionally, Maximizex offers enhanced server-side tracking and attribution capabilities not available with CAPI Gateway.
Maximizex is most effective for brands that generate between $50K and $10M in monthly website revenue. This is because a minimum consistent volume of website data must be synced with Meta for Maximizex to work predictably. Brands that generate less than $50K in monthly revenue may not meet this minimum requirement. On the other hand, brands that generate more than $10M in monthly revenue tend to have a significant scale of signals tracked, making signal loss less challenging. Maximizex offers tiered subscription plans that cater to a wide range of Shopify stores based on their monthly website revenue. Each plan includes a dedicated CAPI connection and access to all Maximizex features.
Here are the different subscription tiers and their corresponding pricing:
- Starter Plan: $99/month – Ideal for Shopify stores generating between $0 and $50,000 in monthly website revenue. This plan includes a 1.29% transaction fee for all revenue processed, which will not exceed $400 monthly.
- Marketer Plan: $499/month – Ideal for Shopify stores generating between $50,000 and $150,000 in monthly website revenue. This plan includes a 1.00% transaction fee on all revenue exceeding $150,000 per month, which will not exceed $300 per month.
- Brand Plan:$799/month – Ideal for Shopify stores generating between $150,000 and $350,000 in monthly website revenue. This plan includes a 0.50% transaction fee on all revenue exceeding $350,000 per month, which will not exceed $930 monthly.
- Agency Plan: $1,729/month – Ideal for Shopify stores generating between $350,000 and $1.5 million in monthly website revenue. This plan includes a 0.25% transaction fee on all monthly revenue exceeding $1.5 million.
Please note that the monthly rate and transaction fees are discounted by 20% for quarterly subscriptions and 40% for annual subscriptions.
No, Maximizex pricing is based solely on your website’s total monthly revenue, regardless of the number of Shopify stores you have. However, please note that our ‘Starter’ ($99/month) and ‘Marketer’ ($499/month) plans only support tracking a single Shopify store, while our ‘Brand’ ($799/month) and ‘Agency’ ($1,729/month) plans allow tracking of multiple stores.
Maximizex charges transaction fees on top of the monthly subscription fee, which vary by subscription tier and subscription term. The transaction fee for the Starter Plan is 1.29% on all website revenue tracked, while the transaction fees for the Marketer Plan, Brand Plan, and Agency Plan only apply to revenue above a certain threshold.
For the Marketer Plan, the transaction fee of 1.00% only applies to revenue exceeding $150,000 per month. For the Brand Plan, the transaction fee of 0.50% applies to revenue exceeding $350,000 per month. For the Agency Plan, the transaction fee of 0.25% applies to revenue exceeding $1.5 million per month
It’s worth noting that all tiers auto-upgrade when the subscription fee plus transaction fees equal more than the next tiers’ subscription cost. If you are on the Starter Plan and your transaction fees exceed $400 in a given month, your subscription will be automatically upgraded to the Marketer Plan, allowing you to track more revenue without incurring additional transaction fees.
